Not getting my salary

Hello

My name is Rahul Modgil and i joined hdfc bank in lucknow [chowk branch] on 21st of november as contract executive and continued to work till 19th of january. the reason for my leaving was that i was offered a good package in other company... i did everything as per formalities and itsss been month of may now but still i hav'nt got even a single penny till now. Though i was promised to be paid for the time of my services renderred to them but itsss been 5 months n no fullfilment of salary is done till now... they owe me Rs 30000 according to package of 1.44 p.a that means 12k per month..I AM JUST FED UP towards this attitude towards itss employees by HDFC BANK . please help me if u can..
