Hdfc Saving account got hold by hdfc creadit card division

Hi Indian Consumer Forum.

My HDFC saving account has been locked by HDFC creadit card division.all my accoung balance goes on hold. I am not able to do any transation.

I called lot of times to creadit card division of HDFC bank, but they are not responding & not gave me right information.they are missguide me.

They have applied lot of unusal amount on my creadit card, lot of finance & services charges.

I am getting in Problem for my daily transation.

They applied me 65000/ rs amount, but I have used only 60% amount of creadit card.

Please help me regarding my creadit card Issue.
