Unauthorized transaction from my account

I have one NRE account no: 4171560000683 in HDFC bank, Jagadamba junction, Visakhapatnam. One day suddenly my balance in my account becomes 0 Rs and I complained to customer care people and I fought with Branch Manager and finally they agreed about the unauthorised tranzaction and they deposited some money in to my account. And they are not depositing remaining money and no one is giving proper reply about this. I am complaining continously and talking with Branch Manger and finally they told they are not able to help with that. Can you help me in this regard.
