Recovery executives misbehaved/used rough language & harassed while visiting for instalment

Sir,
I have taken a personal loan from Hdfc account no.12639936 last year jan. I am regularly depositing the instalments. Unfortunately I don’t have any job since
10th Nov But still somehow i am arranging the emi amount & submitting the same. Last month i have received a call from Hdfc collection department named RK puri, (phone no.011-43560841), i told him that i am unable to pay the emi this month as i still don’t have any job & i’ll try to submit on next month. He told me that if i’ll submit one more emi they will provide me the 6th month duration time for submitting the rest emi as i do not have any job. After that i had arranged somehow & submitted the Emi. I knew that i will not get any time & still i have to submit the emi. Now on dated 20th/Jun/09 when i was out of station & only my mother was present at home... two people from hdfc collection department came & told my mother that they have come from coat & they are going to paste a notice on our house and also they were shouting at top of their voice, they used very rough language. Ist of all they should make a call before coming to my place. Without my knowledge they came to my house, harassed my mom & collected the emi. They told my mom that anyhow she has to give the emi otherwise they will take action. My mother really got scared & she started crying to see their behaviour.
The behaviour of recovery persons who visit my home was not good at all & i really really want you to take some action against them. You can also see my record, i have paid the emi regularly, i do not have any job since nov’08 but still somehow i am giving the emi. But as i have not paid only 1 ½ emi the people from collection department came to my place without informing me & also harassed my mother & collected the EMI. Which is really really not tolerable.
Please look into the matter and take some action. I have also registerd the complaint against these people in HDFC, my complaint no is 169070633. The receipt no of emi is 17310491. There is a stamp on the receipt from SAB. One of the guy was saying that he is a hdfc sales manager & the other guy name was Kapil.
