Loan Account closure NOC lette

I had a personal loan with HDFC bank. Near the completion of the loan my communication address got changed. I called the customer care before the account closure for changing the communication address and the executive told me that it can be changed only after the account gets closed. Next i called again after my last EMI payment and this time the executive said that as the loan account is closed so no changes can be made. For collecting the NOC letter i have to visit their branch and nothing else can be done.

To top it the executive (Mr. Eman from JP Nagar branch in Bangalore) said that i was accusing the bank and no executive can provide such misleading information.
