Deduction of E- statment Charges

Dear Sir,

I want to know why they deduct 33 rupees as a statement charges because they have clearly written that in case ur email is registered with them then it will send to you free of charges. Still i did not received my statement on my email & they deduct 33 rupees as a statement charges.
