Subject:- Rs. 1500/- Excess Debit Thro Debit Card On 01-09

I had purchased petrol for my car of Rs 1500/- through debit card of centurion bank of Punjab (HDFC) on dt. 01/09 my card was swapped three times. All entries Transferred to Petrol pump Machine No. PRV/CBP/075741/MDSI5916/5047531411000166309/MDS. Out of these one entry reversed, one debit agst. Petrol and one entry had been debited to my account excess for which I approached to Mr. Alam Staff member of Laxmi Service Station Indian oil Dealers Ferozpur road Ludhiana. Ph. No 2455019, 5050752, 502945 we have no record of this even I have given copy of my bank statement three times in their office but all in vain now I request you please help me and see the truth and give me justice and impose the penalty to the concerned which had wasted my valuable time and Unnecessarily harassment.
