Could not get my money back even after 15 days

I am having my account with hdfc bank.

i made a transaction for withdrawing money from icici bank atm.

I got 2000 rupees less then the amount i typed in .for that i opened a complain (chn033341).

But even after 15 th day i have not got my money back.

The bank officials are asking me to visit any near by branch and fill some form so that i will get the money back again after 12 working days.
