No regular statment for my saving acct but only know to dedcut money

I haven’t got my quarterly statement since a year, but none of you’ll are bother to check form your side and when ask for duplicate you’ll charge for it ….but when I don’t maintain my quarterly balance in my saving acct the first priority when the money is been deposited is you’ll deduct …

What a kind of bank you are neither you give my statement regularly & out of all you take my money as well.

I started my acct with IOB there are so much the better... I think India bank’s are mush better than foreign
