CHQ CLEAR BEFOR CHQ DATE

Hi iam Sagar Luthra, i have a saving account on Hdfc Bank, i have given the chq of ufci bank at jaipur dated 13 aug and it was cleared by Hdfc Bank on 12 of Aug. This was happen twice earlier on march it was get cleared on 11 and on chq the date is 13 APRIL.i have done a lot of complaints but nothing was happening iam fed up with their services and suffering a lot what should i do...
