Compensate of my charges

Dear Sir

I Barun Kumar Baliarsingh having HDFC saving A/c no 02711050164087 issued two cheques no 358137 and 358138 for Rs1350 each in the name of ASSISI KIDS WORLD (Transport) These cheques are bounced by the bank and charged me Rs700 giving the reason that the Title of the Account is Wrong in my statement and sent these cheques to the School showing due to insufficient of Fund The School also charged me Rs400for late payment I had gone to the HDFC bank at vaishali branch (2 times) and clear all these things to the the Manager named Mr Sahil Majithia employee code S6070 and given a letter with the supporting documents on dt 06.08.09 He told me that all your charges of Rs.700 Rs.400 will be refunded after a short period. Approximately 20 days passed i don't get any reply from them.

Due to this inconvience of the bank i am wasting my valued time.

You are very kindly requested to look into this matter.
