Not recieved f&f salary yet after 4 months

Dear Sir, my self juned baliwala and i have worked as a NR-COEX, in HDFC BANK LTD, Navrangpura Ahmedabad since 8th may till 8th may my empoyee code is 60849, i have resigned on 8th may but till the date i have not recieved my F&F and salary of 1st april to 8th may, after 4 months of my resignation from the services.

I request u to kindly do the needful and let me grant my F&F and Salary as soon as possible.
