Dear Sir,
I am a NRI living in Dubai. I have availed Homeloan from HDFC Bangalore. (Loan ac no: .HDFC 362112062, bangalore.)
I have been sening mails and sending mails to concerned to send me a statement of account of my homeloan which has fallen to the deaf ears of the officials in Dubai.
Last time when I was not serviced properly I was upset and wrote to the chairman. Immidiately the officer from Dubai called me and apologised and requested me not to escalate the matter in future and promised good service.
I sugget, that there should be a "PERFORMENCE EVALUVATION SYSTEM" for these officers which should have 25% or - for customer compalint / customer delite aspect and HR should monitor these no of complaints for each employee. If this is done the employee who has more number of complaints will have nagative effect in his increments or promotion or can be sacked.
