Hdfc account mishandling

I, pankaj nirwan is with hdfc from 5 years and paying my ECS amount from them. the date is 5th of every month and this time also on 3rd october i deposited 4500 at karkardooma branch, delhi. At the counter i even verified that i dont have any minus balance as i am using this account only for loan repayment purpose. The lady said no, and the ECS amount is 4300. I was assured and when ECS stricked on 5th, it got bounced as hdfc has deducted charges for cheque book they issued last month without notification and the ECS got bounced. I was shocked to hear how there customer care people speak, as they dont care what happens to them.

Would someone bother them and do some thing against this pathetic banking, Why cant we have banking rules like other countries, these bank are good for nothing
