Worthy Charges deducteh from my Account

I have got saving AC with HDFC Bank they have opened Classic Account in that they have given me o Balance account & on 8 Oct they have deducted 1103 worthy charges deducted from my AC without giving a single information to me. Charges they have deducted for the period of July To September, today i went to Bank they have told me that we have send u a letter on 15 Sep through local post but i havent received till date, they r saying that we have closed ur Classic AC on 15th but how they can do to me like this & infact there employee is saying u go anythere we cant do anything u go Consumer Forum or anywhere, they dont know how they have charged 1103 then he said i dont Know but this charges wont be reverted. So sir please help me for the same & take action against this Bank & its Employee.
