Mental torture by collections

My Husband had taken a loan from HDFC which I was not aware of . he is solely responsible for that liability I did not even know about the same. One morning I got a call from their collection agency and was harrased by them for an hour ..they threatened me over the phone inspite of me telling I am not aware of the same .when I disconnected they called me again and started torturing

It is a ver shameful act
