Problem in getting NOC

Hello sir,

i got my vehicle financed from CENTURION BANK OF PUNJAB in june. Vehicle has been financed and registered on my mother's name (MITHLESH SHARMA). I paid a down payment of Rs.23000/- and loaned a sum of Rs.20000/-. Hence there were total 8 EMIs of Rs.2500/- each. I have paid all the 8 EMIs. (last one paid in march). Now when i went to the dealer for NOC, from where i bought the vehicle, he said that centurion bank is now under HDFC bank. So i went to HDFC bank loan care in PAHARGANJ, they asked my "loan a/c no." . but since I didnt get any letter or any loan a/c no. from centurion bank at the time of finance in june or thereafter, i couldnt tell them. So, they asked my details like name of the person on which it's financed, emi amount etc, and couldn't find out my loan a/c number. same happedned when i requested for NOC through mail. same was their email reply that they couldnt trace my loan a/c no. Now help me sir what to do. i am totally confused.
