I am customer of this bank in goa. HDFC bank gave call and told that u r getting credit card free of cost for life time. When i visited branch they told me u r not commissioned officer in defense so we can not issue credit card. I want to know whether there is any provision in RBI guidelines that defense personals below commissioned rank can not avail credit card facility. I am getting 25000 p.m. as salary and my account is salary account.
