Delay to issue a credit card

Hello, i apply in oct for a credit card in hdfc bank agra branch (sanjay place). the bank employee told me that you get the credit card with in 30 to 45 days.

after some times when i ask for its status there is no serious reply from the bank till today,

now tell me! what i do?
