Non Delivery of Credit Card

Sir,
My credit card number is 4346781004720983 . I have deposited bill regarding credit card statement but is pitiable/ sorry to say that I yet receive Credit Card. I have been calling your customer care - they have replied that due non operation of corrior service credit card is returned - this has already happened 2/3 times. It is worthmentioning that I am receiving every correspondence from your bank at my adress given to your bank
