Bank's Branch has prepared three FD instead request of 2 FD

Sir,

I visited at HDFC Bank's Krishnan Nagar Branch for preparing FD on 10.10.2008. Ms. Poonam Jain told me that the Rate of Interest for 2 years 15 days is 10.5% but when I get the receipt of FD on 17.10.2008 is showing that rate of interest is 10%. I again visit branch on 18.10. she told me that during the processing the rate of interest is changed. I requested that you break my both FDs and make new FDs. They make 3 FDs instead of two FD without my permission and fund received from my previous sweepin FD and saving account which are matured in Nov. 2008 due to their act face many problems. Their banking officer are told me that they are not able to solve my problem these problem are solved at phone banking and phone banker are told that this type of problem are solved at bank.

Please talk with the bank and request them for solving my problem.
