Sir,

I, Shri Malay Das have a privilege to be a proud customer of H.D.F.C Bank Ltd, Rourkela (ORISSA). I have a Bolero SLX financed from your bank on Dec. 2008. I have paid a Down Payment of Rs. 1, 50, 000/-. And till 2009 July. I have upto date installment payment.

On June I have applied for a loan for a Fait Lenea petrol top model. I have talked to Mr. Purusottam Credit Manager of Rourkela H.D.F.C Bank. After getting his consent, I have paid a Down Payment of 15% (Rs. 1, 00, 000/-) to the dealer, Indra Motors Rourkela on 26/06. On 29/06/09 I have given the upto date documents to Mr. Purusottam and he had committed to give the Delivery order within 5 days. But, I have waited for 25 days for the D.O. But, everyday they told me for the D.O is coming. But, after waiting for 25 days. I have got disgusted and applied for a fresh finance from TATA Motor Finance and they gave me delivery order within 1 day.

I have also a car financed from I.C.I.C.I Bank Ltd from 2006. That track record is also upto date. I have also H.D.F.C Child Investment and Pension Plan Investment for last Three Years.

If, a good customer has been harassed like this with upto date track record then, what about other customers who are taking loan from H.D.F.C Bank Ltd with bad track record.

So, in anger i have not paid this month E.M.I in protest.
