HDFC Bank Credit Card
Un identified billing in statement & harrassment for payment

Dear Sir,

Please note that I was holding one Credit Card Bearing No. 4050282000436514 vide which we were making transactions & in the month of February'2008 we got a statement from HDFC Bank mentioning some billing of November'2007.

After asking from their call centre they have confirmed that this was the billing which was not been billed in earlier statement, whereas we were paying our all the due bills on time prior to february'2008. After asking for the proof slips for the said transactions & lot's of correspondence too, we were been informed that they would be sending the proofs with some charges on the same. We agreed for the same as well but till date they have not send us any proof, but whereas they are harrassing us time to time & some times abusing us for not making the payments. They have already holded my saving bank Account No. 03391000012552 as well with HDFC Bank, 4/8, Roop Nagar Branch, New delhi.

Kindly look into the matter as they are harrassing us for demand of payment, which does not belongs to us & also calling at our residence numbers & using very ugly language.
