Statment not on time

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am using your card services from last some months, as it’s a new experience for me. Sometimes I am not getting my statement got delivered on time which cause to b4 delayed in payment & don’t know why my cash limit is also gone decreased by Rs45.000.00 to Rs8.000.00 only? Well this time also I had not received my statement so you may please request to arrange statement for the month of JUNE and if any unfair charges had been putted then it’s a request to arrange to reverse the same & to let me know what is my minimum or full amount due to so that I could make the payment against the same.
