Credit Card Settlement Amount

Hey,

I have a complaint regarding the Credit Card# 2050 I have been getting calls from the bank to pay the settlement amount & I have been asking them to send me the charge slips for the amoutn of transactions I have done. I have already paid them above Rs 14000 for settlement and they are still asking for more and now what they have done the outstanding on the account is Rs. 47000 (approx) as they say that you have not paid the amount for the last 3 years and no one wants to listen and they are kind of harrasing me and also put my Salary on hold which I got paid from my company. The collection guy calls and starts abusing and does nto want to listen also and he has been insisting pay the entire amount or else we will not release your salary.

I want to know the rules of the banking account and how can someone just put a hold on the salary. Please get me out of this and I am ready to settle the amount.
