Hdfcbank credit cards
Using abusive languages and giving threats because of non payment of one month

I am holding ther hdfc bank credit card for the last 2 years having the limit of 250000/-.and i am having a very good track record on this card... but due to some of my financial reason.ifailed to submit the payment of one month of this feb..

because of this the bank collection executive having the nos.011-66093243 and 9958470079.and there name are sahil and naina... they both executives threatning me and abusing me and infact they guys are threating my neighbour also on p.p. number.

my neighbour also submitted an fir in police station..

how can i sort out this?
