Debiting of money from a/c through sbi atm machine

I am sub lieutenant shashank trivedi... i am a naval officer in indian navy... posted at karwar karnataka... there is no hdfc bank or atm in this town... i did a transaction of 10000 rs from sbi atm... the money gt deducted bt i didnt get the amount... i registered a complaint in hdfc complaint desk... and they said that after 12 working days the amount will be credited to my account but on the 13th day they call me up and say that the transaction which i did was successful and the money will not be credited back... what should i do now
