This refers to Education loan ac no 91456223 of Mr Avninder Singh.(loan taken from erstwhile Centurion Bank of Punjab, chandigarh Branch)

To begin with let me express that i am deeply disappointed at the response of the bank to settle closing of the loan ac. It is submitted that Rs 1, 75885/- have been deposited on 01 Jun but the final statement has not been provided yet. It is further

submitted that neither the refund due is credied nor any information is being provided. The response of the staff at Chandigarh (Industrial area Branch) is absolutely nonchalant. You are therefore requested to access the ac and work out the final statement and also take action to return the docunents kept with your bank as security.
