Home Loan interest rate charged

Dear Sir

I have taken a home loan in Centurion Bank of Punjab on 7th March. The Bank is now merged with the HDFC. As per the agreement signed between me & the CBOP the interest rate agreed is only PLR 0.75 %. But actually Bank is now charging PLR 1.25 %. means charging 0.5 % higher.

Despite the written agreement over 1 1/2 years now trying to approach various agencies, But no body is responding and giving a solutions to the above problem. Hence I coulnt see any other way except appraoching the Consumer fourms to address the issue.

I am looking for the reduction and repayment of the higher interest charged on my account.
