This is to bring to your notice that i have been getting bill charged with late fees i m not able to understand how can u charge me late fees when i recieve your bill after due date is over? and this has been complaint to your customer care from last one year yet there are no changes i till date recieve late bill with late fees charges . pls help me as this issue is going very serious i m not able to understand why can't u send me bill on time . i will be not paying the late fees charged as this is not my fault if u want u can contact me on my cell 9822071450

The issue is very derious and if continued more will have to cancell your card
