Paying very less intrest on overdue Fd

Dear sir,

i would like to bring to your notice that i'm your loyal customer since the

the opening of your branch in kalsi nagar, g.t road, ludhiana in 1992. & my

Sister was working there as new recruit so when she asked for Deposits-

We sum fdr & since then we are continuing our fdr's.

The details of my. Fdr's which have been previously made by Bank of Pb

are ;

The last fdr for Rs.21939- was mistakely kept sumwhere & couldn, t be traced

till last fortnight. To my surprise i was told that the fdr was overdue by more

than one year & we will get only3.85% rate of intrest instead of said 8.50 %.

Sir this is a sincere mistake for which we should not be penalised, so you are

kindly requested to kindly look into the matter & give us the balance intrest

if failing so we shall be forced to preclose our rest of the above mentioned

fdrs as you guys are penalising us for the minor unethical mistake.
