I m fade up with hdfc bank s phonebanking services and ATM department

On 19th april i went to the yamuna vihar hdfc bank atm to withdraw 25000 rs. i got the same money from atm but at the time it showed my account debited with 40000 though i have normal atm card which has the limit of 25000 rs per day. after that i went to the yamuna vihar hdfc bank, lodged many of complaints on phonebanking, but i got excuses from them time to time, but all was in vain.

Please help me to get my money back...
