Not cleared my name from CIBIL even after settlement

Hi there,

I had settled my HDFC Personal Loan account by paying Rs.130000/- on October 12. I have the settlement document from HDFC bank which I received the very same day from the bank. But my name is still not cleared from CIBIL. Because of that I am not able to apply for any loans. This is a clear case of mental torture and trauma. I had already spoken to the grievance redressal department of HDFC bank, but still there is no action. I want my name to be cleared from CIBIL immediately. If not, I want to go ahead with the legal proceedings with immediate effect. Please help.
