Poor response from HDFC Home Loan and Threats from the Local Manage

After spending more than a month for my Home Loan running like a chicken whose head is cut-off; finally it came down to this. I had to write a deep down and dirty mail to their Grievance and Complaint department for the kind of response I got from these LOW DOWN WHITE COLLAR MAFIAS; no wait I didn t got any response that was the reason why I had to write them. So here s the mail to their Grievance and Complaint department:

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is related to your HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT, and I can t stop putting my fingers on whatever I can because of the kind of response I had from them.

I have applied for a home loan from HDFC, and for the same I was asked to submit more necessary documents to your Business Development head Mr. S. Vishwanathan at Vadodara (Gujarat) office who visited my office a few days back to get some more insights on my business. So on his request, I mailed him on 31/08 at 9:48 PM with my current projects that I have on hand, Quotations for those projects, my PayPal and Moneybookers statements and my Bank Statements. NOTE that I have already provided my IT return statements with the necessary documentation required at your head office at Trident Race Course Branch (Vadodara) previously. After frustrating 6 days I kept calling your branch offices, and Mr. Vishwanathan to get the status of my loan application, which were not surprisingly un-answered. I have already elaborated on the type of Business, The budgets for each project, My Clientele to your HDFC branch at Trident Race Course, Vadodara. I spent almost more than 1 hour trying to explain my business to your loan eligibility department which is "Outsourcing, Web Designing and Web Development".

What kind of stupid and sick policy you have for responding back? Or all of you are the same starting from your CEO to your Sales representatives and all the way down to your peons? I have already paid my booking amounts for the Home I wish to buy which is a serious amount of money even for an employed or serviced person who are on your TOP LIST for loan eligibility opposed to business enterpreneurs. ERGO I am not exactly looking for a serious consideration of loan from you judging by the way your progressing apart from your sales representatives who make GOD like promises, and they are almost convincing! So, please cut the chase, put your eyes, ears and hopefully your heads too into this if that s not too much of a problem to your list of agendas, and REPLY BACK; WHETHER YOU CAN OR YOU CANNOT. I ve made this so very simple "WE CAN" or "WE CANT" or I have a better explanation "WE WONT". If its "WE WONT" or "WE CANT", please give me a miss call I will call you back FOR SURE! and save you a few bucks. If so then I can move on with my life, and approach other banks WOW! apparently I already have done that ha haaa... YOU WIN!

Additionally read the below message sent to your Business Development representative; kinda real business ethics you have there? I have also attached copies of my documents requested by Mr. Vishwanathan.

And the first up aggressive response was naturally from the Local Bank Manager who calls me up first time in all this time and now has strong opinions about me with no regrets. He explains me that:

A) What do you mean by stupid and sick policy? You don t have the rights to talk about it like that!

B) We never considered your application, it was not feasible from the beginning (but STOP! your sales rep. took my files and my docs to you and I was also called to your Branch Office)

C) Your IT return is degrading every year (but STOP! I paid my first return nil then for the next year I paid Rs. 4, 000/- IT return and now Im going to pay Rs. 14, 500/- IT return, that s degrading folks! and not to mention that I have their stupid policies for which I pay Rs. 40, 000/- each year)

D) What do you know about Outsourcing? and Web Development? (well I am bummed! YOU WIN!)

E) Now that you ve ****** me off, You will never get this loan!

That s pure charisma and attitude right there. And their inactive and sleeping beauty Grievance and Complaint department responds with tantalizing investigative gesture:

* Contact Numbers of the DSA/Sales person - Mr. S. Vishwanathan (if available)

* Date on which Loan Application was collected

* List of other Documents Collected
