Hold of money from in his end from my credit card

Dear all,

my name is mihir kumar jha. on last thrusday i shopping the some garments by my barclays credit card from E.D.C MACHINE OF HDFC BANK from on of shop named radhika textile (prop. rajkumar kalra). my card no is :-4339489625921134. the amount should be deduct from my creditcard a/c i confirm it from my credit cards department the but the edc deparment of hdfc bank hold that payment from thrusday evening with some unexplianble reason . they could not credit the payment into the shopkeeper a/c.by this the shopkeeper did not give me the my shopping material. i contact edc department of hdf c bank several time since thrusday evening but do not doing any action on this. they told me that the transaction is ok & and they credit the amount in evening but the no ampunt credit in the a/c of that shopkeeper so the shopping material will be stuck at that end. i am very need of that shopping matreial because i have a marri age in my family. will they pay me interest on that amount . so plz do the needfull.please the contact the hdfc bank edc department and solve the matter before 12.00pm afternoon. i am very gratefull to you. the some brief detail of that transaction in given below
