Complaint on late sitting

HDFC Bank calls it as no one bank in private sector but it is very bad on the side of employees.employees compel to sit till late night they close their systems early arould 5.30 to 6.30 but employees work till 9.00.

can't HR track it through CC tv installed at every branch?

My humble request to HR head Mandeep maitra to stop this harrasment.
