Dear Sir

My name is sanjay kumar, i used HDFC Credit No. 5176-3510-0067-8585, and it was blocked last 2 years due to extra amount charged by the bank. i compainted again & again but no response made by the bank. Dated 06/03 i talked with Mr Sanjeev, who is the customer care executive of the hdfc bank, he told me that an amount of 606/- due on this card, & i made the full & final payment of of Rs.606/- Vide Cheque No 101735 dated 06/03 for settlement, but today dated 11/07 i received a call from hdfc bank (JanakPuri Branch) that there is 4000 amount due on this card. I do not uderstand how it is possible. So your are requested to kindly look in to the matter, and do the needful.
