Reversal of Charges

Dear All,

I am holding an HDFC Bank Credit Card and the Credit Card No. is 5176521004383578. The limit of my card was Rs.75000/=. Till date I have made payments of around Rs.160000/= in my credit card but the bank claims that the outstanding in my card account is still more than Rs.90000/=. I would also like to bring to your notice that my card is in inactive state for more than one year and I have not used the card but still I have made payments till July.

I would request you to please help me in this mattar. I wanted to know from the bank that inspite of making so much of payments, how can my card go overlimit. Please help me in settling this mattar.

My mattar is presently with the Pune Branch of the organisation and the card was issued from the Lucknow Branch.
