Dear Sir,

I have a one moterbike financed from hdfc bank ltd in the name of my elder brother. When my brother take this facility from bank giveing post dated cheque of icici bank ltd but this account is not maintained by my brother to longer time all cheque's are bounced and emi paid cash in every month. Only 2 emi due to till date and bank threat to me passation of vechicle by his recovery agent. I am very shoked from this warning.

Plz suggest me how can we settel this loan as we both brother due service in other district and my parents is worry form this warning.
