Charged commision against personal loan

Dear Sir,

I have applied a personal loan for a some of Rs 7 Lakhs, through Needs & solutions, shop no 141, 1st floor, Kesarr residancy, sector # 3, charkop Market, Kandivli (w) < Mumbai -67, Ph 32653306, but it was seenthat they where not able to clear the amount, but they asked for a sum of Ten thousand Rupess for approving 3 Lakhs, Till date they have not approved a single amount and when i asked back for my money which i have been payed for past 2 months they are not paying it to me, plse help me out to get my money back, The agent who collected the mony on behalf is Anjali, and the other name is Kanchan.

i anticipate that you would look in to the matter and do the need full help, awaiting for your positive reply.
