I have a personal loan in HDFc bank, forwhich payments are made regularly, as i changed my salary account from ICICI to HDFc, i intimated the bank to get me ECS through their bank so that they can collect their EMI from the account itself, they fauled to do so.now the problem is one collection agent from Trivandrum, vazhuithacaud branch is creating hell lot of problems to me, at present am abroad, he is abusing my family, where my mother and sister is alone, see am not a defaulter, only one month pending is there, he abuses as if i have not paid for years, its very shame to know that a bank like HDFC is using GUNDAS for collection. if he is gonna make more problem we can only file criminal suit.
