AFTER CLEARING THE ACCOUNT STILL THE NAME IS REGISTERED IN CIBIL

Dear Sir,

I am karthik nsbr working for siemens ltd. Sometime back i have taken credit card from HDFC BANK and due to wrong billing of my credit statement there were confusions in the payement of credit card bill.

After some time i cleared the entire outstanding and my card sevices were also inactivated.

Bank has recovered entire outstanding balence. But still my name is registered in CIBIL.

In CIBIL also the account statement is clear saying that there is no outstanding balence. But no bank is ready to give the credit card or loan.

Please tell me how should i proceed further to remove my name in CIBIL.
