Amount not withdrawn but deducted from the account

This is inform that a sum of Rs 7000 was deducted from my account when i attempted a transaction {withdrawal of Rs 7000 }from an HDFC ATM, PATNA... but the response was "UNABLE TO CONDUCT TRANSACTION"... i performed the transaction on 12th JUNE...

MY ACCOUNT NO is 11462085171 { SBI account}...

i would therefore request u to to plz make necessary enquiries and refund my money by adopting the required procedures...
