Misues of card & abusive calls from collections

Hi,

I lost my credit card Last diwali & for which I also launched a complaint in customer care to block the card & send a replacement card.

Now I have been getting collection calls from # 01142200485, 43145300, 43145100, 66219061, 66219001 & the collections agent are shouting on me & abusing me badly to make the payment. I have recorded there conversation as well.

They are saying me to make a payment of Rs 1, 61, 000 which includes the 3 big transaction that I never made & the transaction slip of which should not have my signature as well.

I am ready to make payment of Rs 50, 000 which I made on the card but not the amount which was charged by someone else. Please help me. My # 9999796159 & 01145086691
