Customer abuse!

Espected team,

i bought a two whiller from hdfc bank in year 2005 and i often paid the amount by cash but now they know that only 11 installment are left they snatch my bike with their recovery agents by forcely to my relative. now i going to file a complaint in consumer court and also in police station. because they got my bike without my signature and they did not inform me at any way.i often contacted with bank but bank did not support me and finaly i take decision to file a complaint. they use muscle power to me and talked very rudly on phone they also threaten my family to recover their loan. i accepted i am defaulter but this is not the way to harrase me. i have many evidence to blame the bank.
