Customer care cheat

I have rquested to customer care not to process my check for payement my credit card account and collect cash from me because i have not sufficent amount in my bank account, customer representive agree to this and send a field boy to collect cash i have pay the amount and ask to not process my check

but the process my check and because of that i get penalty on my both credit card account and also on my saving account so i have to pay double fine on both side becuse of bank
