HDFC interest rates on home laons

Hi

we took two housing loans from HDFC bank at floating rates. In the past when the rates went up the bank hiked the lending rates/ However now that the rates have come down the bank refuses to reduce the rates giving ridiculous reasong. Please let us know how do we go about forcing the bank to reduce th rate.

The loand have been taken for purchase of flat in Gurgaon
