Close my account without any intimation and till now I have not got my balance back

I have a HDFC account in Constancia Bldg, Dr. U. N Bramacharia Street brach, Kolkata-700017, West Bengal. My account number (1051050148261). Last month I found that my debit card is not working though I have balance in account after that I called phone banking (91-033-2321-1388) services and they told me that my account is closed and advice me to contact branch office. I went there and wanted to meet branch manager but the person sitting in welcome desk told me to give writing and they will call me with in 7 days and refund my balance. But after 20 days they didn’t call me and not even send any draft. Then I called phone-banking services and talked to Mr. Pradipta Banarjee and told him whole episode, he assured me that he will give my contact number to the branch office and they will contact me shortly. But after 3 days nobody contact me. Then I again called phone-banking services and wanted to talk Mr. Pradipta Banarjee. But person received my phone told me that he has talked to Mr. Banarjee and assured me that Mr. Banarjee will contact me in that same day. But he didn’t contact me.
