Account has been closed without any intimation though I have outstanding balance in account and also not return my balance amount

Sir,

I have a HDFC account in Constancia Bldg, Dr. U. N Bramacharia Street brach, Kolkata-700017, West Bengal. My account number (1051050148261). Last month I found that my debit card is not working though I have balance in account then I called phone banking (91-033-2321-1388) services and they told me that my account has been closed and advice me to contact branch office. I went there and wanted to meet branch manager but the person sitting in welcome desk told me to give writing and they will call me with in 7 days and refund my balance. Till date nobody called me and not even send any draft. Then I called phone-banking services and talked to Mr. Pradipta Banerjee and told him whole episode, he assured me that he will give my contact number to the branch office and they will contact me shortly. But even after 3 days nobody contact me. Then I again called phone-banking services and wanted to talk Mr. Pradipta Banerjee. But person received my phone told me that he has talked to Mr. Banerjee and assured me that Mr. Banerjee will contact me in that same day. But he didn’t contact me. My phone number is 9830739355.
