Credit Card/ Harassment and abuse

Dear Sir /Madam

I have been constantly harassed by the collection department for payment before the due date and additionally no bills have been sent to me. I have received a life threatening call from Mr. Samir, Ashish Kantharia number 02266712121 at 1200 HRS dated 17/06 insisting make the payment or he will send extornists for collection from. I have made a formal police complain for the same at MALABAR HILL Police station and the recording of the same handed over. My lawyer will seek further action. Considering this treatment Im not making any more payments and seeking to file legal charges against HDFC. I have informed HDFC on the same email. I wish to press harassment charges against the bank.
